摘 要:应用多维分析,研究移动网络用户体验的协同建模方法.从用户通信数据和用户体验出发,基于用户细分和对移动业务深入分析,以语音业务为例,描述了QoE与KQI,KQI与KPI,KPI与通信数据之间的关系,提出了协同建模的方法与过程,说明了参数与权值的确定,给出了"通信数据-KPI-KQI-QoE"的建模流程.It was shown in the paper how to construct the data analysis models that can describe the whole process of communication, including data KPI (key performance index), KQI (key quality index) and QoE (quality of experience). Also shown were ways to construct the mapping models that can reflect these relations between them. Key methods of modeling in the text for the instance of voice service were given, which include how to effectively monitor the QoS of the mobile network, to obtain the QoE of the users, to extract the relations between the parameters of each model, and to finally construct an evaluating system for the QoE of the users.
