摘　　要：本研究构建了一个涵盖公共服务效能、公众满意度、公共服务投入度等3个一级指标以及与之相关的14个二级指标和58个三级指标的体育公共服务绩效评价指标体系。并采用层次分析法对体育公共服务绩效评分的计算方法进行了探讨,籍此对体育公共服务绩效评分进行了算例分析。该绩效评价指标体系构建与评分计算方法有利于促进我国体育公共服务事业自身的诊断控制,并为体育公共服务机构的相关决策提供有益的指导与参考。The thesis is devoted to construct an index system concerning the evaluation of public service performance of PE, which covers the efficiency of public service performance, public sat- isfaction, the dedication of public service etc as the first class index, 14 relevant 2nd class index and 58 third class index. What is more, it discusses how to calculate public service performance of PE by applying analytic hierarchy process to do case analysis about public service performance. The construction of index system and scoring method can improve the self--evaluating ability of PE public service performance and provide useful guidance to the relevant decision--making de- partment which serves for public service performance.
