摘  要:为了测量不同长度毛细管对家用空调风速分布的影响,利用LL-507型家用空调综合实验台,借助风速仪测定粗细相同、长度不同的两根毛细管分别节流时空调风口垂直面上各个固定点的风速,进而比较风速的不同,探究毛细管的长短对家用空调性能的影响。通过对实验数据的对比分析,可以看出,在其他条件不变的情况下,毛细管越长,风速越大。探究毛细管长度对家用空调性能影响,对于改善家用空调器的性能,促进节能减排具有指导性意义。To measure the effect of different length of capillary on wind speed distribution at the outlets of household air conditioners, by using the LL-507 household air conditioner integrated experimental platform, the wind speed on the vertical surface of the capillary throttle of the same thickness but different lengths were measured respectively with the aid of anemometer,and a comparison of the wind speed was made. The result shows that, when other conditions remain unchanged, the length of the capillary is propotional to the wind speed. The exploration of the effect of capillary length on household air conditioner is of great significance for the improvement of the performance of household air conditioner and the promotion of energy-saving and emission reduction.
