摘　　要：基于PLC、变频器在工业控制系统中无与伦比的优势,因此在人们的日常生活中越来越多地加以使用。本文以一台工业洗衣机为例,采用三菱公司的FX2N-48MR可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和德国博世力士乐公司CVF-G3变频器在这台洗衣机中的系统控制应用。该系统应用功能全面,实际运行表明,完全满足工业洗衣机的控制要求,并且减少了传动环节,节省了能源。Basedon PLC, inverter control system unparalleled in the industry^s advantage, they in people＇s daily lives more and more to use them. In this paper, an industrial washing machine, for example, using the Mitsubishi FX2N- 48MR programmable logic controller（PLC） and the German Bosch Rexroth CVF-G3 inverter in the washing machine in the system control applications. The system is fully functional application, the actual operation that fully meet the control requirements of industrial washing machines, and reduce the transmission link, to save energy.
