摘 要:饮食文化是江苏地方文化的重要组成部分,应当成为江苏文化产业发展的关注点。就现实而言,江苏已有的一些饮食文化创意活动与成果,还不足以使其形成一个产业。饮食业的文化创意可以包含饮食活动策划、饮食产品设计与开发、以饮食文化为核心的多媒体开发等。网络调查显示,江苏饮食业市场以吃饱为基本需求的普通消费者占大多数,部分可以接受一些较为高端的餐饮,对于国外饮食文化的接受度也较高。饮食文化创意产业在经济发达的江苏应当有光明的发展前景。As an important part of the regional culture of Jiangsu Province, the cuisine culture should be trea- ted as the focus of the cultural industry of Jiangsu. Given the current cultural innovative activities and out- comes in the province, they are not enough to grow to be an industry. The cultural innovations in the field of cuisine include the design of food culture activities, the design and development of dietary products, the media development with dietary culture at the core. According to a net survey, on the dietary market of Jiangsu, most consumers are satisfied with feeding themselves, some can accept relatively high-end dietary service. Be- sides, there is also a high degree of acceptance of foreign dietary culture. Therefore, the dietary innovative in- dustry enjoys a bright prospect in the advanced province like Jiangsu.
