摘  要:采用半连续铸造工艺试制的高强度变形铝合金圆铸锭,热裂纹是常见的铸造缺陷。对热裂纹的形成原因和影响因素进行分析,并根据采取的措施,制定了合理的工艺流程。结果表明,通过调整合金成分、熔炼工艺和铸造制度,减少了铸锭的热裂纹倾向。The thermal cracks of casting defects are often observed when the semi-continuous casting process is applied to prepare the billets of high-strength wrought aluminum alloy. In this paper, the formation reason and influencing factors of thermal cracks were analyzed and the reasonable process based on the corresponding solution measures was established. The results show that the thermal cracking tendency of the casting billets is reduced by adjusting alloy composition, melting process and casting system.
