摘 要:以Ni60B+纳米12%Co-WC陶瓷颗粒复合粉为熔覆材料,采用激光熔覆技术在45钢表面制备出WC增强Ni基复合涂层。涂层在MM-200磨损试验机上进行干滑动磨损试验,借助SEM、EDS、XRD等检测仪器对涂层磨损前后的组织进行分析研究。结果表明:涂层磨损前组织主要为Ni基固溶体、WC颗粒、块状和枝晶组织;经过磨损试验的涂层,在其磨痕中发现了纳米级的析出相;结合MX2600FE场发射扫描电镜所附带的EDS和JEM-2100型透射电镜对析出相的成分进行分析,析出相成分初步确定为WC。The composite coatings were prepared by laser cladding on the surfaces of 45 steel with Ni60B as metal substrate and nanometer WC powders as ceramic reinforcement. The dry-wear test was carried on the MM-200 wear tester. The microstructures before and after wear test were analyzed by SEM, EDS and XRD. The results show that the microstructure of the coating consists of Ni-based solid solution WC particles, block structure and dendrite. The precipitated phase in nanometer grade appears in the coatings after wear test. The component of the precipitated phase is determined preliminarily to be WC after analyzing by field emission scanning electron microscope.
