摘  要:为提高制造大型铸钢电石轨道板的成品率,采用消失模铸造工艺代替砂型铸造工艺。从轨道板模样制作、浇注系统设计、涂料配制及其涂敷工艺、型砂充填方法、浇注工艺和热处理工艺的制定等方面介绍制造轨道板的技术与方法,并分析轨道板铸件变形的原因及解决措施。结果表明,用消失模铸造工艺制造大型铸钢电石轨道板,铸件外形尺寸及其内在质量符合产品图样的技术要求,工艺技术简单,成品率高,是砂型铸造工艺的1.11倍。In order to improve the yield of large cast-steel calcium carbide rail board, the lost foam casting process was used instead of sand mold casting process. The technique and method of manufacturing rail board, including pouring system design, paint preparation and coating process, the sand-filling method, the setting of casting process and heat treatment process and so on, were introduced, and the deformation causes of rail board and solving measures were analyzed. The result shows that the dimension and inherent quality of large cast-steel calcium carbide rail board manufactured by lost foam casting, accord with the product technical requirements, the process is simple and has high rate of finished products, which is 1.11 times the rate of sand casting process.
