摘  要:目的探讨甲亢性心肌病兔血管内皮功能与左室质量指数的相关性。方法新西兰纯种白兔30只,随机分为实验组(20只)和对照组(10只)。实验组腹腔注射左旋甲状腺素[45μg/(kg·d)×28 d]建立甲亢动物模型;超声检测两组兔的血管内皮依赖性舒张功能(EDD)和血管内皮非依赖性舒张功能(NEDD);超声心动图测定左室质量指数(LVMI)。结果实验组与对照组比较,EDD和NEDD显著减小,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01),LVMI明显增加,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。相关分析显示:实验组EDD与LVMI呈显著负相关(P<0.01),NEDD与LVMI的相关性不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲亢性心肌病兔存在EDD和NEDD功能障碍,且EDD和LVMI呈负相关,随着LVMI升高,EDD下降。Objective To discuss the correlation study of vascular endothelial function and left ventricular mass index in rabbits with hyperthyroid cardiomyopathy. Methods Thirty New Zealand purebred rabbits were randomly di-vided into two groups:control group(n=10) and experimental group(n=20). Hyperthyroidism animal model was es-tablished by peritoneal injection of Levothyroxine(L-Thy) in experimental group. According to the ultrasound parame-ter changes, Endothelium dependent dilation(EDD) and non-endothelium dependent dilation(NEDD) ; Left ventricular mass index(LVMI) were determined by echocardiography. Results The experimental group and control group compar-ison, the EDD and NEDD was significantly lower in the control group (P〈0.01), the LVMI was significantly higher in the control group (P〈0.01). Correlation analysis showed that the EDD was negatively correlated with LVMI (P〈 0.01). No statistically significant association was observed between NEDD and LVMI(P〉0.05). Conclusions Dys- function of the EDD and NEDD hyperthyroid cardiomyopathy in rabbits. And LVMI was negatively correlated with EDD,As LVMI increased, EDD decreased.
