摘  要:目的应用血管回声跟踪技术评价丙泊酚或依托咪酯对全麻患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法择取我院全麻手术患者60例随机分为丙泊酚组(Ⅰ组)、依托咪酯组(Ⅱ组),每组30例。应用血管回声跟踪技术实时跟踪描记颈总动脉轨迹,测量血管的收缩期最大内径(systolicdiameter,Ds)、舒张期最小内径(diastolicdiameter,Dd)、僵硬度(β)、弹性模量(Ep)、血管顺应性(AC)、脉搏波放大指数(AI)、脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ)等。结果 (1)丙泊酚麻醉诱导后血压、心率明显降低,颈总动脉收缩期内径及舒张期内径减小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),依托咪酯麻醉诱导后除心率外各指标差异无明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)丙泊酚麻醉诱导后颈总动脉β、Ep、PWVβ明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。依托咪酯诱导前后颈总动脉β、Ep、AC、AI、PWVβ无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用血管回声跟踪技术能较好评价丙泊酚或依托咪酯诱导期颈总动脉血管内皮功能的变化。Objective To evaluate the change of propofol or etomidate on vascular endothelial function in patients after the induction of general anesthesia by ultrasound E-Tracking imaging technology. Methods A total of 60 pa-tients undergoing general anesthesia operation were randomly divided into a propofol group (group Ⅰ, n=30)and a eto-midate group(group Ⅱ,n=30). Appliying the E-Tracking technology to follow the movements tracks of carotid arterial and evaluate Diastolic diameter(Dd), Systolic diameter (Ds), stiffness parameter (β), pressure strain elastic modulus (Ep) ,arterial compliance (AC) ,augmentation index(ADand pulse wave velocity ( PWV β). Results Comparing with the etomidate, the blood pressure,heart rate,Diastolic diameter(Dd),Systolic diameter(Ds) were reduced after the in duction of general anesthesia by propofol and differences were statistically significant (P〈 0.05). After induction of general anesthesia by propofol,β, Ep, PWV βwere reduced and have a statistically significant difference (P〈 0.05). However after induction of general anesthesia by etomidate,β, Ep, AC, AI, PWV βwere not significantly statistical sig-nificance (P〈0.05). Conclusions The E-Tracking technology can evaluate vascular endothelial function changes afer induction of general anesthesia.
