摘  要:目的评价B-flow显像联合时间-空间相关成像技术(STIC)在诊断胎儿先天性心脏病中的应用价值。方法选择56例正常胎儿和28例先天性心脏病胎儿,先在二维超声胎儿心脏模式下进行常规扫查,然后进行B-flow显像STIC数据采集,用表面模式对采集的容积图像进行四维重建。结果 53(53/56)例正常胎儿及28(28/28)例先天性心脏病胎儿在B-flow显像方式下进行STIC采集,成功地采集到合格的容积图像,四维重建的容积图像能清楚显示心血管正常或异常的空间位置关系,其中主、肺动脉等大血管的"数字铸型"、3~4条肺静脉同时显示等是二维超声无法观察到的。结论 B-flow-STIC技术能清楚显示胎儿心脏与大血管的空间位置关系,并可获取二维超声心动图所无法提供的某些胎儿心脏解剖及病理特点的信息。Objective To evaluate the clinical usefulness of Combination of B-flow imaging and spatio-temporal image correlation (STIC) in prenatal diagnosis of congenital heart disease. Methods Volume images of 53 normal fe tuses and 28 fetuses with congenital heart diseases were recruited in the study. After visualizing fetal cardiac blood flow by B-flow mode, STIC images were acquired ,then surface mode was used to reconstruct the volume images. Results The volume images of 53 normal fetuses and 28 fetuses with congenital heart diseases were acquired respectively. All volume images were reconstructed successfully and showed the spacial relationship of cardiac blood vessel directly. Conclusions The combination of B-flow imaging and spatio-temporal image correlation was feasible and useful in pre-natal diagnosis of congenital heart diseases.
