摘　　要：目的探讨肝包虫囊肿破入胆道的超声诊断。方法回顾经手术证实的13例肝包虫囊肿破入胆道患者,术前诊断资料。结果肝包虫囊肿破入胆道具有独特的声像图表现,结合临床资料可以做出准确诊断。结论超声检查是诊断肝包虫囊肿破入胆道的最佳方法之一。Objective To analyze ultrasonic diagnosis of hepatic hydatid cyst rupturing into biliary duct. Methods 13 hospitalized cases with hepatic hydatid cyst rupturing into biliary duct were Retrospected, all had ultrasonic exam- ination. Results Hepatic hydatid cyst rupturing into biliary duct had characteristic ultrasonogram, every cases made accurate diagnosis when combined with clinical information. All were confirmed by operation. Conclusions Ultrasonic examination is one of the best examinationes when diagnosing hepatic hydatid cyst rupturing into biliary duct.
