摘　　要：目的:探讨医院急救设备供应中心在综合性医院中的发展思路。方法:基于医院急救设备供应中心的管理实践,从5个方面介绍急救设备供应中心的工作职能范围和实绩,并提出综合性医院急救设备供应中心建设和管理中普遍存在的问题。结果:结合医院的发展规划,展望急救设备供应中心的发展思路和设想。结论:应从设备保障、质量控制、消毒管理、技术培训以及信息化建设等多角度全面发展,以提升急救设备供应中心在综合性医院中的作用。Objective： To discuss the development train of thought for emergency equipment supply center （EESC） in integrative hospital. Methods： By talking about management of EESC of general hospital of PLA, the functions and achievements of EESC in 5 parts are introduced. Some typical difficult questions as the EESC of hospital is built or run. At the end of the paper, the blueprint of the future way for EESC is shown that is according to the development program of the hospital. Conclusion： To raise the importance of the EESC in integrative hospital, we should improve the abilities such as equipment supply, quality control, disinfection management, technical training and so on.
