摘　　要：基于电荷耦合器件和单片机技术,设计一个2 160像元的线阵图像采集系统.该系统根据线阵电荷耦合器件驱动模块的要求,设计了图像数据的高速采集与缓存、串行通信接口上传与上位机显示软件.该数据采集系统具有单次采集和连续采集两种工作模式,图像刷新率可达5帧/s.实验测试结果表明,该线阵图像采集系统成本较低、工作稳定、使用方便,可应用于产品尺寸测量和非接触尺寸测量.On the basis of charge-coupled device and micro-computer technology, we designed a data acquisition system of linear CCD array with 2 160 pixels. According to the driver of linear CCD array, we completed the high-velocity data acquisition module, RS232 communication and the display software. It has two operation modes （trigger mode and continual mode） , the frame per second reaches to 5 f/s. The tests show that this low cost data acquisition system is reliable and easy to use, and can be used in the un-touch size measurement of product.
