摘 要:随着长庆油田榆林气田南区的不断开发,套损问题也日益突出。榆林气田南区套损现象主要以井口套管头处微漏和井下管柱的腐蚀为主。因此,本文针对榆林气田气井井筒在多相流环境中腐蚀的因素分析,确定了榆林气田南区CO2及矿化水对气井井筒腐蚀的协同作用规律、影响机理,并且有针对性的提出套损防护的方法及套损的治理技术,通过分析国内外套损形成机理、套损检测技术和治理方法,开发适合榆林气田特点的套损综合治理方案和实施工艺。Along with Yulin gas field of Changqing oilfield development, casing damage is becoming a serious problem. The southern part of Yulin gas field of casing damage phe- nomenon mainly to the wellhead casing head micro leakage and underground pipe column corrosion. Therefore, this article in view of Yulin gas field in the wellbore multiphase flow corrosion factor analysis, identified the southern part of Yulin gas field CO2 and mineralized water on wellbore corrosion synergism regularity, influence mechanism, and put forward cas- ing protection method and casing damage control technology, through the analysis of domes- tic casing damage mechanism of formation, casing damage detection and control method, suitable for the development of Yulin gas field characteristics of casing damage comprehen- sive management scheme and implementation technology.
