摘　　要：面对国内外激烈的竞争,城市商业银行跨区域经营应采用什么样的发展战略呢?选择什么样的发展路径呢?就此,运用SWOT分析方法,以汉口银行重庆分行为例,对城市商业银行的自身优势和缺陷、面临的外部机遇和挑战进行分析,探讨城市商业银行跨区域经营的发展战略和策略选择。Facing fierce competition at home and abroad, city commercial banks should adopt what kinds of development strategies and development path in cross-regional operation？ Using the SWOT analysis method, with the bank Chongqing Branch of Hankou as an example, this paper analyzes the city commercial bank. own advantage and defect, external challenges and opportunities, and explores development strategy and path selection of the city commercial banks in cross regional operation.
