摘  要:目的探讨长托宁术前用药对顺阿曲库铵肌松作用的影响。方法将64例美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级患者随机分为长托宁组(P组)、阿托品组(A组)及对照组(C组)。术前30 min三组患者均肌内注射苯巴比妥钠1.0 g,P组患者肌内注射长托宁1 mg、A组患者肌内注射阿托品0.5 mg、C组患者肌内注射生理盐水1 mL。然后开始实施全身麻醉,麻醉中全程运用肌松监测仪监测肌松情况。比较三组患者肌松药起效时间、临床作用时间和恢复指数。结果三组患者年龄、性别、体质量、瑞芬太尼用量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。P组患者肌松药起效时间明显短于A、C组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患者肌松药临床作用时间、恢复指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论长托宁作为术前用药,能够加快相同剂量下顺阿曲库铵的起效时间,而对其临床作用时间及恢复指数无明显影响。Objective To discuss the effect of preoperative penehyclidine on the muscle relaxant effect of cis-atracurium.Methods 64 ASA classⅠor Ⅱpatients undergoing elective operation were randomly divided into the penehyclidine group(P),the atropina group(A) and the control group(C).3 groups were intramuscularly injected by phenobarbital sodium 1.0 g.The group P received penehyclidine 1mg by intramuscular injection,the group A received atropina 0.5 mg by intramuscular injection and the group C received normal saline 1mL by intramuscular injection.Then the general anesthesia was performed and the muscle relaxation condition was monitored by using TOF-watch.The onset time of muscle relaxation,clinical effect time and recovery index were compared among 3 groups.Results Age,sex,body weight,remifentanil use amount had no statistical difference among 3 groups(P〉0.05).The onset time of muscle relaxation in the group P was significantly shorter than that in the group A and C with statistical difference(P〈0.05).The cliniccal effect time and recovery index had no difference in the comparison of 3 groups.Conclusion Penehyclidine as preoperative medication can accelerate the onset time of cis-atracurium at the same dose without afffecting the clinical effect time and recovery index.
