摘　　要：对功率整流二极管必须具有的雪崩特性，进行了详细分析与论述，界定了二极管雪崩性状，叙述了雪崩二极管的3个基本特点和雪崩的一般原理，进而在截面电阻率均匀度的认识基础上给出了可行的二极管雪崩电压公式，说明了影响二极管雪崩的因素，为雪崩二极管的生产与制造工艺改进指明了方向。The avalanche characteristics of power rectifier diodes are analyzed and introduced in detail.
