摘 要:以裂解焦油为原料,以三聚甲醛为交联剂,在对甲苯磺酸的催化作用下合成缩合多环多核芳香烃(COPNA)树脂。对裂解焦油的基本性质进行了分析,采用FT—IR、1H—NMR和Brown—Ladner法对裂解焦油和COPNA树脂的组成和结构进行了分析,采用TG对比考察了裂解焦油和COPNA树脂的耐热性。研究表明,裂解焦油富含多环芳烃,且不合长链烷基侧链,空间位阻小,适合作为COPNA树脂原料。所制备的COPNA树脂具有较高的耐热性、炭收率和13树脂含量。The condensed polynuclear aromatic (COPNA)resin was synthesized using pyrolysis oil as monomer and trioxane as cross-linking agent in the presence of P-toluene sulfonic acid. The basic properties of pyrolysis oil were studied by FT-IR and 1H-NMR. The critical characteristics of pyrolysis oil and COPNA resin including average molecular structure were obtained by improved Brown-Ladner method on the basis of 1H-NMR analysis. TG was employed to study the thermal behavior of COPNA resin and pyrolysis oil. The results show that pyrolysis oil was supposedly to be desirable reactants to COPNA resin for its high-content aromatics, low content of branched chains, as well as the desirable small steric hindrance. The COPNA resin possesses good thermo-stability, high coke value, and more content of 13 resin.
