聚乙烯片材用聚烯烃自粘胶的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：采用无定型聚烯烃制备了聚乙烯片材用自粘胶及聚乙烯自粘片材,讨论了试件粘结时间、热处理及自粘胶表面结构等对聚烯烃类高分子自粘胶剥离性能的影响。结果表明,以无定型聚烯烃为主要原料制得的聚烯烃自粘胶可满足相关国家标准的技术要求。Adhesive special for polyethylene sheet and polyethylene adhered sheet were prepared by amorphous polyolefin. The article discussed effects of bonding time, hot treatment and, surface structure of adhesive on peeling resistance of polyolefin adhesive. Results showed that polyolefin adhesive prepared by amorphous polyolefin met the technology requirements of related national standards.
