摘 要:提供了一种应用于MF RC500读写器的PCB印制天线的调谐方法。传统的调谐方法是采用阻抗分析仪测量天线的各个参数来调谐天线。主要提供一种估算的方法来简单制作天线,并用示波器实现天线的调谐。在天线调谐的基础上,提出了去掉可调电容,使系统达到稳定并且具有较为理想读写距离的调节方法。该印制天线达到了预期目的,已投入产品试制中。Radio frequency reader plays an important role in food management, parking management, transportation and other industries. Antenna, an important part of the system of radio frequency identification (RFID), directly affects its performance and stability. This paper proposes a tuning method for the PCB printed antenna resonant, which can be applied to the MF RCS00 reader. The traditional tuning method uses an impedance analyzer to measure the various parameters in order to tune the resonance of the antenna. The proposed method, an estimation approach, makes it easy to make the antenna, and an oscilloscope is used to tune the antenna resonant. After the antenna has been tuned, the system is made stable and the ideal distance is achieved under the condition of removing the adjustable capacitor. The printed antenna achieves the expected goal, and has been put into trial production.
