摘　　要：高校科研实验队伍是科研团队的重要组成部分,也是实验室创新成果的承担者。从高校科研实验队伍建设的重要性入手,分析了当前高校科研实验队伍建设存在问题,提出了从更新观念、落实人才规划、加强培训、构建激励制度等方面加强科研实验队伍建设的建议。University research assistant team is an important part of the research team and scientific research. This paper, starting from the importance of the construction of university research assistant team, analyzes the main problems in the construction of university research assistant team and proposes suggestions on the strengthening of this team. These measures include updating concepts, formulating plans, and establishing the training, communication and incentive mechanism etc.
