摘　　要：目的:总结我科2010年9月至2012年3月收治的10例纤维素性支气管炎的治疗及护理体会。方法:针对病因及对症支持合并激素治疗;并给予心理护理,防止呼吸道梗阻,密切观察用药后反应、严密监护等。结果:10例患者中4例结核,3例支扩,其他3例,治愈9例,有效1例,总有效率为100%。结论:加强心理护理与教育指导,防止呼吸道梗阻及密切观察用药后反应及各项生命体征的监测是患者早日康复的关键。objective：Summary of the treatment and care of the Division from September 2010 to March 2012 were treated 10 cases of fibrinous bronchitis;Methods：For etiology and symptomatic support combined hormone therapy：and give psychological care to prevent airway obstruction, and close observation of medication reaction,intensive care and so on.Results：The 10 patients four cases of tuberculosis,three cases of bronchiectasiand the other three case9 cases were cured,effective i cases,total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion：Psychological care and guidance; to prevent airway obstructioadverse reactions observed after treatmentthe vital signs monitoring is the key to the patient a speedy recovery.
