摘　　要：目的:探讨电视纤维喉镜下摘除声带息肉、声带小结的临床疗效,总结其临床应用价值。方法:选取我院2009年3月至2011年3月收治的48例声带息肉、声带小结患者,均采取电视纤维喉镜下摘除术治疗,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:经治疗,本组48例患者,显效28例,有效18例,无效2例,无1例出现并发症,随访一年,无1例复发,总有效率为95.8%。结论:电视纤维喉镜下摘除声带息肉、声带小结的临床疗效显著,操作简便、经济,适应症广,并发症少,远期复发少,安全性高,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective：To observe explore the TV fibrolaryngoscope removed the clinical efficacy of the vocal cord polyps, vocal nodules. and summarize its clinical value. Methods：The hospital March 2009 to March 2011 48 cases of vocal cord polyps, vocal nodules patients are taken in the the TV fibrolaryngoscope enucleation treatment the clinical medical records were retrospectively analyzed. Results：48 patients after treatment, 28 cases markedly effective in i8 cases. 2 cases, no one cases of complications, follow-up year, no recurrence, the total effective rate was 95.8%. Conclusion：TV fibrolaryngoscope, removal of vocal Cord polyps, vocal nodules significant clinical effect, its simple, economic, and broad indications, complications, long＇term recurrence less safe, have important clinical value.
