中药在口腔正畸方面的应用

摘　　要：目的:通过观察含有2%中药两面针提取液的牙膏在固定口腔正畸中对牙龈炎的防治作用,来简单论述中药在口腔正畸中的应用。方法:将50例拔牙固定正畸的患者随机的分为A、B两组,其中A组25例为试验组,在治疗前后使用含有2%中药两面针提取液的牙膏;B组25例为对照组,在治疗前后使用不含中药的牙膏。结果:6个月后,A组中25例中,在此期间没出现牙龈炎的有24例,对正畸有促进作用的有20例,没有变化的有5例;B组中25例中,没有出现牙龈炎的有18例,对促进正畸作用的有10例,没有变化的15例.结论:含中药两面针提取液的牙膏能减少牙菌斑数,改善牙龈健康,对正畸效果有促进作用。Objective： Through the observation of toothpaste containing 2% TCM nitidum extract in fixed orthodontic prevention and treatment of gingivitis to the simple exposition of traditional Chinese medicine in orthodontics. Methods： 50 cases of tooth extraction fixed orthodontic patients are randomly divided into A.
