痔疮宁栓对痔疮术后止痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察痔疮宁栓用于痔疮术后塞肛止痛的临床疗效。方法:选取痔疮手术患者598例,随机分为两组,300例手术结束时痔疮宁栓2枚塞肛及术后排便后换药时用痔疮宁栓2枚塞肛作为治疗组,298例术后未使用任何药物塞肛作为对照组,观察两组患者术后伤口疼痛程度。结果:术后两组病人在疼痛分级中占的比率有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:痔疮宁栓对痔疮术后病人止痛效果确切,能减轻患者痛苦,且价格便宜,使用方便。Objective To observe the curative effect of postoperative pain relief with indometacin and furazolidone suppositories in haemorrhoids.Methods 598 patients With haemorrhoids after operation were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group（300 patients） and the control group（298 patients）.In the treatment group,patients were given two pieces of indometacin and furazolidone suppositories immediately after operation and also two pieces after cacation.and in the control group, no suppositories were used.Then the pain degree in the two groups was compared.ResultsAnd there was statistically difference in pain degree after operation in the two groups （P〈O.05）. Conclusion The indometacin and furazolidone suppositories can truly relieve pain after operation in haemorrhoids.and it＇s cheap and easy to use.so it＇s worthy for being widely used in clinic
