摘　　要：纯涤纶布进行高温高压碱减量加工 ,配以高级有机硅阴离子微乳液处理 ,实现了超级柔软的效果。碱减量加工工艺为 :碱 30g/L ,温度 130℃ ,时间 30min～ 4 0min ,浴比 1∶10～ 1∶15。柔软整理工艺为 :有机硅柔软剂EL - 815g/L～ 30g/L(浸轧 ) ,温度 4 0℃以下 ,pH值为 7。A supersoft effect on polyester ground fabric which will be used as bonding linings can be achieved by means of high temperature high pressure alkali deweighting treatment incorporated with soft finish with organosilicon anionic softener of high grade. The caustic reduction process is carried out at a temperature of 130℃ running 30 min.～ 40 min.in a bath ratio of 1∶10 ～ 1∶15 with the alkali consumption of 30g/L. While the softening is conducted at a temperature below 40℃ and a pH value of 7 with the consumption of organosilicon softener EL 8 15g/L ～ 30g/L by padding.
