双活性基染料对Lyocell纤维与真丝混纺针织绸的染色同色性工艺研究

摘　　要：Lyocell纤维是一种新型的再生纤维 ,它与真丝混纺所织的针织绸产品 ,可用双活性基活性染料染色 ,但如何保证两种纤维的同色性值得研究。文中选了两家公司的双活性基活性染料(MegafixB型和SumifixSupra型 )为代表 ,分别对纯Lyocell织物和真丝绸染色后 ,测其K/S值进行比较 ,得出了MegafixB型染料在红、黄系列色调的同色性较好 ,而在蓝、黑系列色调同色性较差 ,Sumi fixSupra型染料各色系的同色性均较差的结论。进而 ,根据MegafixB型活性染料对真丝上染较好 ,而SumifixSupra型染料在Lyocell纤维上得色深于真丝的特点 ,将两种染料按一定比例拼混 ,采用均匀法实验 ,找出了可获得较好的同色效果之工艺 :元明粉 50g/L、纯碱 2 5g/L、染色温度 72℃ ,解决了蓝黑色系的同色性问题。Lyocell fibre is a new regenerated fibre. Fabric knitted from Lyocell and its blend yarn with silk can be dyed with reactive dyestuffs with double radicals, but the issue that how to get a consistent colour on two kinds of fibre is worth studying. In this study,two types of such dyes including Megafix B and Sumifix Supra are selected for dyeing Lyocell and silk made fabrics respectively with a comparison made between the K/S values tested. It is concluded that Megafix B has a better colour consistency in red and yellow series and a poor colour consistency in blue and black series, while a worse consistency is presented with any tone for Sumifix Supra. According to the fact that a higher dye uptake has been resulted on silk with reactive Megafix B and a heavier colour on Lyocell with Sumifix Supra, an ideal technology has been obtained by means of homogeneity experiment in which the said two dyestuffs are mixed proportionably: sodium sulphate 50g/L and soda ash 25g/L with a dyeing temperature of 72℃.Thus the problem of colour consistency in blue and black series is settled.
