摘　　要：本文分别选取"是否帮助清收不良贷款"、"是否将政策与信用挂钩"、"人力资源状况"、"信息收集机制状况"、"第一产业占比"、"第二产业占比"、"不良率"和"行政管理效率"等8个指标,代表政策环境、运行条件、经济环境和信用环境,通过因子分析得到反映各县(市、区)农户信用档案建设能力和条件的综合判断指标,对下一步开展农村信用体系建设工作提出了建议。We choose some indicators that represent policy environment, operating conditions, economic environ-ment and credit environment. Through factor analysis, we select several comprehensive indicators that can reflect farm-er credit file construction ability and condition of counties, and put forward some relevant policy proposals for the con- struction of rural credit system in the next stage.
