摘 要:提出了一种适用于密闭空间中有害气体净化的工艺路线——吸附富集与催化燃烧联合工艺,探讨了将其用于密闭空间内有害气体净化的可行性及优点。介绍了该技术中关键材料研究的初步成果。对吸附材料进行了352 h的吸-脱附试验,对催化材料进行了91 h的催化燃烧试验。根据所确定的反应工艺参数,初步完成了装置的3D设计。结果表明,该技术与其它有害气体净化技术相比,具有能耗低、体积小、技术成熟、可靠性高等优点。A new technology is put forward, which is a combined process including pollution enrichment by adsorption and catalytic combustion. The feasibility and advantages of this process used for purifying the harmful gases in the sealed space are discussed. The initial achievements of the key materials are introduced. The 352-hour adsorption and desorption experiment of many VOC on the sorbent has been carried out, and the 91-hour catalytic combustion experiment on the catalyst has also been carried out. According to the process parameters of materials, the basic 3D design is completed. In conclusion, this process shows some advantages including low power consumption, small, high reliability and etc.
