摘 要:测试对比了自制甲醛吸附剂与商用活性炭的吸附容量,同时以聚丙烯纤维毡、海绵网和蜂窝绵网为载体负载甲醛吸附剂进行测试,并与活性炭纤维进行了比较。结果表明,自制甲醛吸附剂的甲醛吸附容量为22.2mg/g,是活性炭的2.8倍;初始浓度为0.5ppm~1.5ppm时,四种滤网对甲醛去除效率最高;自制甲醛吸附剂负载于海绵网时吸附速率最高,吸附极限为0.01ppm,应用前景广阔。The adsorption capacity of self-made formaldehyde adsorbents and commercial active carbons were compared in the test. And the performance of self-made formaldehyde adsorbents carried on polypropylene fibre felts, spunge nets and honeycombed floss nets were tested by comparing with the active carbon fibre. The results indicated that the formaldehyde adsorbents having lager adsorption capacity as 22.2 mg/g, of 2.8 times of the commercial active carbon. At the initial concentration of 0.5 ppm- 1.5 ppm, the sorption efficiency of the four filters reached maximum. The self-made formaldehyde adsorbents carried on spunge nets had much quicker adsorptoin rate, and its adsorptoin limits was 0.01 ppm, having wide prospect.
