摘 要:采用锥形双螺杆挤出机制备了PVC/环氧树脂F51复合材料,并固定固化剂504用量为环氧树脂F51用量的80%,研究了环氧树脂F51的用量、固化时间及固化剂体系对PVC/环氧树脂F51共混物的聚集态结构、力学性能及耐热性能的影响。研究表明:①当环氧树脂F51用量较少时(如2份),其以小颗粒均匀地分散在基体PVC中,但随着环氧树脂F51用量的增加,其在基体PVC中分散的颗粒越来越大,出现团聚现象;②当环氧树脂F51的用量为2份,固化时间为8h时,共混物的拉伸强度为69.9MPa;当环氧树脂F51的用量为4份,固化时间为8h时,共混物的弯曲强度为92.0MPa;③当环氧树脂F51的用量在6份,固化时间为8h时,共混物的维卡软化温度达到最大值,为102.1℃,比纯PVC增加了23.8℃。PVC/epoxy resin F51 composites were preparcd by using conical twin-screw extru- der. When the dosage of curing agcnt 504 was 80% of epoxy resin F51 by weight, the effects of cp- oxy resin F51 content, curing timc and curing agents on the mechanical properties, thermal proper- tics and aggregation structure of PVC/cpoxy resin F51 were investigated. The study results showed that epoxy resin F51 dispersed uniformly as fine particles in matrix when its dosage was small,such as 2 phr, while the dispersed particles became bigger and agglomerated with the increase of its dos- age; when the dosage of F51 was 2 phr and the curing time was 8 hours, the tensile strength of the composites was 69.9 MPa; when the dosage of F51 was 4 phr and the curing time was 8 hours, flcxural strcngth of the compositcs was 92.0 MPa; whcn thc dosage of F51 was 6 phr and curing timc was 8 hours, thc Vicat sorting temperature of the composites reached the maximum of 102.1 ~2, and addcd 23.8℃than pure PVC.
