摘  要:目的了解我院肠球菌在临床中感染性的分布,并对其耐药情况进行分析,以指导临床合理、有效地使用抗生素。方法采用我院2007-06~2009-12间,分离出的268株肠球菌的鉴定结果以及用Kir-by2Bauer纸片琼脂扩散法检测对12种抗生素的耐药情况进行分析。结果 268株肠球菌中,粪肠球菌190株,屎肠球菌74株,鸟肠球菌4株(未做药敏分析)。主要分布在尿液100例,其次是分泌物82例,痰液64例,血液8例,胆汁8例,前列腺液6例。除万古霉素外,肠菌株对其他常用抗生素都有不同程度的耐药性。结论泌尿系统肠球菌感染最为常见。万古霉素仍是治疗肠球菌感染最有效的药物,但应结合药敏试验结果,指导临床合理地选用抗生素,以减轻对万古霉素的依赖,防止其耐药菌株的产生。Objective To learn the enterococcal distribution in clinic ad analyze the drug resistance to guide the reasonable use of antibiotics. Methods The assessment results of 268 strain enterococcal from June 2007 to De- cember 2009 and 12 drug resistance of with Kirby2Bauer were analyzed. Results There were 190 strains of En- terococcus faecalis, 74 strains of Excrement eterococcus, 4 strains of Enterococcus avium that mainly distributed in urine (100), secretions(82), sputum (64), blood (8), bile (8) and prostate (6). This was drug resistance for common antibiotics except vancocin in varied degree. Conclusion It was common in urinary system and vancocin should be common effective drug but the drug sensitivity could guide the clinic to use antibiotics reasonable.
