外剥内扎侧切术治疗急性嵌顿痔的临床观察

摘　　要：目的为探讨急性嵌顿痔的最佳手术方法,以预防和减少并发症的发生。方法随机选择170例急性嵌顿痔病人进行术式对比,其中:治疗组(85例)行外剥内扎侧切术[1],对照组(85例)采用外剥内扎术,观察其疗效及并发症。结果外剥内扎侧切术手术方法操作简单,疗效确切,肛门疼痛及肛缘水肿程度明显低于对照组,且无肛门狭窄发生。Objective In order to discuss the optimal surgical methods of acute incarcerated hemorrhoid, prevent and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. Methods 85 cases （therapy group ） received external dissection ＆ internal legation plus lateral incision, while 85cases（ control group） received external dissection ＆ in- ternal ligation. Results The incidence of postoperative pain , perianal edema and anal stenosis was significantly reduced. Conclusion External dissection ＆ internal legation plus lateral incision is simple, safe and effective.
