摘 要:物联网(IOT)作为新一代的信息技术,被认为是继计算机和互联网之后世界信息产业发展的第三次浪潮,是未来推动世界经济增长的重点新兴产业之一。为了全面、系统地认识物联网产业,更好地指导和推动物联网产业实践的发展,有必要以产业的视角,对物联网产业链的基本结构、影响产业链发展的关键环节进行深入研究,寻找物联网产业发展的关键点。通过对物联网体系结构的分析,发现我国物联网产业链主要由传感器/芯片制造商、软件提供商、物联网平台提供商、系统集成商、应用服务提供商、网络服务提供商、运营服务提供商和用户等环节构成,进一步运用模糊德尔菲法,得出用户和传感器/芯片制造商是我国物联网产业发展的关键环节,并据此提出了相关政策建议。As a new generation of IT technology, Internet of Things (IOT) has been considered to be the third wave of the world' s information industry development following the computer and the Internet, and one of emerging industries of promoting the world economic growth in the future. In order to comprehensively and systematically know the IOT, guide and promote the development of IOT industry in practice, deep research on the structure of IOT industrial chain and the key point which influences development of IOT industry is needed to explore the focal point promoting the lOT industry. Through analyzing IOT' s structure, this paper finds that China' s lOT industrial chain consists of sensor/chip manufacturers, software providers, IOT platform providers, system integrators providers, application service providers, network providers, operating service providers and users. Then, by using Fuzzy Delphi, this paper proposes that users and sensor/chip manufacturers are key points of China' s lOT industry, according to which, relevant policy suggestions are put forward.
