摘　　要：目的探讨推进我院护理专业学科建设总体策略。方法制定学科评估方案;科学实施学科评估,系统梳理存在问题,有效进行信息反馈,积极谋划专业学科发展目标。结果有效进行医院专业护理学科定位,促进医院护理专业人才和护理专业学科发展,提升医院整体护理工作质量。Objective To investigate the overall strategy which can promote the development of the hospitals nursing disciplines. Methods To formulate the programs of discipline appraisal; to implement the scientific disciplines appraisal, sorting out the problems of the system, and gain the effective feedback, as well as setting the objective of discipline development. Results By effectively orientating the hospitals＇nursing disciplines, it promoted the development of the hospital＇s nursing personnel and discipline, and enhanced the nursing quality of the overall hospital.
