摘　　要：从以"一队多用"为原则统筹建设规划、以学术研究为契机推动建设发展、以实践活动为基准检验建设成效三个方面,介绍驻疆军队医院建设国家级医疗救援队的经验,并对开展针对性训练提出构想。The article introduced the main experiences during the construction of state - level medical rescue team in Xinjiang - stationed military hospital from the following aspects, which included making an overall construction plan based on ＂one team, several functions＂ principle, imposing construction development with the opportunity of academic research, testing the construction effects by practices. Then the author put forward some ideas on how to carry out targeted training henceforth.
