摘　　要：处理日遗化武作业卫勤保障人员,须具备作业现场突发事件应急医学处置的能力。执行卫勤保障任务前,应进行岗前专项培训,并通过应急医学处置演练实现培训目的和目标。在介绍演练组织实施与分工和流程及其处置的做法基础上,从组织形式和勤务与技术上探讨演练中的问题,提出演练改进和完善。To help servicemen of medical support to master the urgent medical handling capability at the work site of Japanese abandoning chemical weapon disposal, the specialization training was carried out before executing the task, the context of which is to introduce the organization, the role and the process of the drill. And then, the problems of drill mode and technology were discussed.
