摘　　要：目的探讨提高多元化护理队伍战救能力的方法。方法开展多元训练模式:以知识竞赛模式促进战救理论知识的普及,以技能比武形式促进战救五项技术的掌握,以情景模拟形式提高特殊环境战创伤的救护,以规范化培训方式促进战救技能训练常态化,以心理训练方式提高应付突发事件的适应能力。结果护理队伍尤其是文职护士队伍军事素质,战救能力明显提高,实现了精减整编后多元化护理队伍战救能力的无缝隙衔接与过渡。结论多元模式战救技能训练是提高护理队伍战救能力,保障基层部队官兵健康的较好手段。Objective To discuss the methods to improve field nursing aid capability. Methods To carry out multiple training mode, which included five aspects. First was knowledge competition mode, to promote the field nursing aid theory knowledge popularization. Second was skill contest, to master the five techniques. Third was scene simulation form, to enhance war wound and trauma care ability under special environment. Fourth was standardized training method, to promote the normalization of rescue skills. Fifth was psychological training method, to improve the unexpected event adaptive capacity. Results The nursing team, especially civilian nurses in military quality of rescue team, show high military quality and field nursing aid ability. The mode achieves the seamless connection and transition of field nursing aid after force reduction. Conclusion Multivariate models of rescue skills training are the good methods to improve the nursing team of rescue ability, ensure basic level officers and soldiers health.
