摘　　要：目的介绍游离小腿外侧腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复手前臂及足部皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法以腓动脉应用解剖为基础，术前超声多普勒定位血管蒂，并以此为中心设计皮瓣。皮瓣面积：5cm×9cm-10cm×20cm。2009年10月-2012年5月，应用游离小腿外侧腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复手前臂及足部皮肤缺损17例。结果17例皮瓣及供区植皮全部成活，受区外形及功能满意，小腿功能无影响。结论游离小腿外侧腓动脉穿支皮瓣是修复手前臂及足部皮肤缺损的理想方法。Objective To introduce the clinical effect of free lateral leg peroneal perforator flap for repairing skin defects of the hand forearm and foot. Methods On the basis of the practical anatomy of the peroneal artery, and preoperative ultrasound Doppler targeting vascular pedicle, we designed the skin flaps. The area of flap was 5.0cm×9.0cm-10.0cm×20.0cm. From October 2009 to May 2012 skin defects of the hand forearm and foot were repaired by using lateral leg peroneal perforator flap in 17cases. Results All flaps and donor site skin grafts survived completely, and the appearance and function of the donor area were satisfactory. It had no influence on the leg function. Conclusion The free lateral leg peroneal perforator flap was an optimal method for repairing skin defects of the hand forearm and foot.
