摘 要:目的:研究低能氮离子注入对种子活力和农艺性状的影响。方法:不同剂量低能氮离子注入新鲜决明种子种胚,发芽实验研究种子发芽势和发芽率,蛭石培养基培养观察幼苗的生长状况,田间种植观察决明的农艺性状。结果:离子注入使得决明种子发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数显著降低,幼苗主根长度减少,平均鲜重和活力指数显著降低;株高变矮,籽粒大小与千粒重增加。结论:低能氮离子注入对决明种子有显著的效应,对决明的人工栽培具有重要意义。Objective:To study the effect of low energy nitrogen ion implantation on seed germination and agronomic characters.Methods:Different doses of low energy nitrogen ion implantation were implanted into fresh Cassia seed embryos.Seed germination,seedling growth and field agronomic characters were observed.Results:The seeds after ion implantation showed significant reduction in germination energy,germination percentage and germination index,besides the significant decreasement in root length,fresh weight and vigor index of seedling.Plant height decreased despite the increase in grain size and grain weight.Conclusion:The low energy nitrogen ion implantation have significant effect on Cassia seeds,and being of great significance on Cassia artificial cultivation.
