摘  要:目的:建立鸭脚木药材HPLC指纹图谱,并同时测定鹅掌柴熊果酸皂苷F、鹅掌柴熊果酸皂苷D和鹅掌柴齐墩果酸皂苷D 3种主要成分的含量,为鸭脚木药材的质量控制提供有效的方法。方法:采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1 mL/min,以蒸发光散射检测器(ELSD)检测,记录10批不同来源鸭脚木药材样品的色谱图,并同时测定3种主要成分的含量。结果:建立了10批鸭脚木药材的HPLC-ELSD指纹图谱,3种三萜皂苷分离度较好。结论:此方法简便、可靠,指纹图谱结合含量测定可以更好的控制鸭脚木药材的内在质量。Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint and simultaneously determination three triterpene glycosides in Schefflera heptaphylla.Methods:The separation was carried out on an Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column eluted with methanol-0.1% glacial acetic acid as the mobile phase,and samples were detected by an evaporative light scattering detector(ELSD).The similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine(Version 2004 A)was used in data analysis.Results:Schefflera heptaphylla from different regions were similar and the separation of three triterpene glycosides was good.Conclusion:This method is simple and reliable.The HPLC fingerprint and contents of three kinds of triterpene glycosides of Schefflera heptaphylla can be used for their quality control.
