摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定复方莪术油微乳凝胶中牻牛儿酮的含量。方法采用依利特BDS-C18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm);以乙腈-水(70:30,v/v)为流动相;流速1.0 mL min-1;柱温35℃;检测波长210 nm;进样量20μL。结果在该色谱条件下,阴性样品对测定无干扰,牻牛儿酮在0.169 6～0.848μg与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 5);平均回收率为99.4%(n=9),RSD=1.1%。结论本法简便、快速、准确、专属性好,可用于复方莪术油微乳凝胶中牻牛儿酮含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of germaerone in compound Zedoary Turmeric oil microemulsion–based gel.Methods The BDS-C18（4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm）column was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（70 ： 30,v/v） at 1.0 mL · min-1;the column temperature was 35 ℃,the detection wavelength was 210 nm and the injection volume was 20 μL.Results Under this chromatographic condition,the negative samples did not interfere.The method had good linearity at 0.169 6-0.848 μg for germaerone（r=0.999 5）.The average recovery was 99.4%（n=9）,RSD=1.1%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of compound Zedoary Turmeric oil microemulsion-based gel.
