Ⅱ型ZTCl+1天然澄清剂在黄精多糖纯化中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的考察Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂在黄精多糖提取中的纯化效果。方法以固形物去除率、多糖保留率为指标,通过正交试验进行方法优化。结果Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂能有效纯化多糖,并与澄清剂的加入量显著相关。结论Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂处理黄精多糖的最佳工艺为:在药液浓度为1:10的情况下,加入配制好的Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂B组分使其体积占溶液总体积的2%,搅拌10 min,60℃水浴保温50 min;再加入A组分使其占总体积的1%,搅拌10 min,60℃水浴保温50 min;静置12 h,过滤,即得。Objective To determine the effect of typeⅡZTC1＋1 natural clarifying agents on the purification of polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharides（PSP）.Methods With the solid removal rate and remaining rate of PSP used as indexes,the technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment.Results TypeⅡZTC1＋1 natural clarifying agents effectively purified PSP,which was related to the quantity of the two components.Conclusion The optimum experimental condition is： liquid ratio 1 ： 10,adding configured typeⅡ ZTC1＋1 natural clarifying agent component B（2% of the total volume of the solution）,stirring for 10 min,60 ℃ water bath 50 min;adding component A（1% of the total volume）,stirring for 10 min,60 ℃ water bath 50 min;storage for 12 h,filtration.
