摘　　要：目的 :探讨小儿大便失禁的手术治疗方法。方法 :本组小儿大便失禁 2 1例 ,男 1 6例 ,女 5例。年龄 6～1 2岁。均采用双侧髂腰肌加强盆底肌、股薄肌肛门成形术治疗。术后禁食 4～ 5d ,切口暴露 ,随时清除创口和肛门分泌物 ,保持肛门处清洁。术后 3周开始肛门功能训练。结果 :术后随访 6个月～ 4a ,1 8例无污粪 ,3例稀便时有污粪。临床评分 5～ 6分 ,客观评分 4～ 5分。结论Aim:To evaluate the treatment of fecal incontinence in children with combined muscle graft.Methods:21 children,16 boys and 5 girls (age range:6～12) underwent iliopsoas and gracilis composite muscle graft to strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor and the anal sphincter.The children fasted for 4 to 5 days after pertion.The wounds were left open for clearance of the mucous secretion.Function training of the anal sphincter started 3 weeks after operation.Result:Of the 21 children,18 were continent and 3 were soiling while lossened stool.The clinical continence scores were 5～6 and the objective continence scores were 4～5.Conclusion:Combined gracilis and iliopsoas graft is an ideal treatment for fecal incontinence in children
