平消胶囊配合化疗对肿瘤疗效及免疫指标观察

摘　　要：观察平消胶囊配合化疗治疗晚期肿瘤患者的疗效及其免疫指标的变化。将 5 5例恶性肿瘤随机分为治疗组 (平消胶囊 +化疗 ) 35例 ,对照组 (白介素 Ⅱ +化疗 ) 2 0例。结果 :经治疗观察 2个月后 ,治疗组CD3 、CD4 、CD8、NK细胞等免疫指标有不同程度提高 ,与对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,但在晚期肿瘤患者的生存期、毒副反应等方面 ,两组比较无显著性差异。提示平消胶囊配合化疗能提高晚期肿瘤患者免疫功能。To observe the clinical effects and change of immune indexes in patients with mid and late tumor treated by “Pingxiao capsule” and chemotherapy,55 cases of malignant tumor were randomly divided into treatment group (35 cases treated by “Pingxiao capsule” and chemotherapy) and control group (20 cases treated by interleukin Ⅱ and chemotherapy).After 2 month treatment,in treatment group such immune indexes as CD 3,CD 4,CD 8 and NK cell increased at different degrees and there were great differences[WT6BX](P<0.05～0.01)[WT6BZ] in comparison with control group;but in patients with late tumor,there were no differences in survival time and toxic and negative effects between two groups.The results revealed that “Pingxiao capsule” and chemotherapy could increase the immunity in patients with late tumor.
