摘 要:目的探讨肾阴虚证和肾阳虚证基因表达谱的异同。方法选取IgA肾病以及亚健康状态肾阴虚证和肾阳虚证患者作为研究对象,以健康人作为正常对照组;应用基因芯片技术,研究肾阴虚证和肾阳虚证的基因表达谱;结合MAS软件对差异表达基因进行分析。结果肾阴虚证组和肾阳虚证组基因表达谱存在明显的差异,全部的差异表达基因有145条;肾阴虚证组、肾阳虚证组与正常对照组比较,二者共同的差异表达基因有9条。结论基因芯片是研究中医证候相关基因的比较理想的一种技术方法;肾阴虚证与肾阳虚证差异表达基因存在明显不同,提示可为中医辨证分型提供科学依据。Objective To explore the similarity and difference of the gene expression profiles between patients with kidney-Yin defi- ciency and kidney-Yang deficiency. Methods The subhealth subjects and IgA nephropathy patients with kidney-Yin deficiency or kidney-Yang deficiency were enrolled in this study. Healthy subjects were chosen as control group. Gene-chip technology was used to study the gene expression profiles of kidney-Yin deficiency and kidney-Yang deficiency. Differential gene expression was analyzed by MAS software. Results There was significant difference in gene expression profiles between patients with kidney-Yin deficiency and kidney-Yang. There were 145 differential expressed genes. Compared with normal control group, nine genes showed differential expression in Kidney-yin deficiency group and Kidney-yang deficiency group. Conclusion Gene-chip is a more ideal method to study the TCM syndrome associated genes. The differential gene expression between patients with kidney-Yin deficiency and kidney-Yang deficiency could provide a certain scientific basis for TCM syndrome typing.
