摘　　要：近来来,随着城市建设的空前发展以及土地有偿使用法规的实施,地籍的变更日益频繁。通过变更地籍调查,不仅可以使地籍资料保持现势性,还可以使地籍成果提高精度、逐步完善。本文以天津市汉沽区变更地籍调查为项目背景,研究了变更地籍调查的工作流程,探讨了变更地籍的实地调查方法,相信对从事相关工作的同行能有所裨益。Recently, with the unprecedented development of city construction and the implementation of land paid-use regulations, cadastral alteration is increasingly frequent. The cadastral alteration investigation can not only keep the cadastral information up-to-date, but also can make the cadastral results precision and gradually improved. Taking cadastral survey at Hangu District of Tianjin as the project background, it studies the work flow of cadastral survey, discusses the cadastral survey method, hoping to provide reference for the peers.
