微时代背景下高校校园文化建设工作研究

摘　　要：高校校园文化是学校精神风貌的体现,潜移默化的影响着大学生的行为模式,理想信念等素养。随着微博时代的到来,高校校园文化建设工作面临着新的机遇和挑战。论文在阐述微博特性的基础上,分析了微博对于高校校园文化建设的引导和推动作用,并就其对校园文化建设的方法途径进行了探索研究,对高校校园文化建设工作具有重要的现实意义与实践价值。For the Campus culture, it reflects the spiritual outlook of the college and exerts a subtle influence on the college students＇ behaviors, faiths, ideals and so on. With the micro-blog becoming more and more popular, the college campus cultural construction is facing new opportunities and challenges now. Based on the characteristics of the micro-blog, the paper analyzed the relationship between the micro-blog and the campus cultural construction and found that the micro-blog now is playing guidance and promoting role in the campus culture construction. Meanwhile, this paper also researched the method that how the micro-blog work on with the campus culture construction. It has the important practical significance and practical value to the campus cultural construction work.
