“芪苓柴虎汤”对慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染者HBeAg的转阴作用

摘　　要：目的 :为了探讨治疗乙肝病毒感染的专病专方。方法 :采用健脾养肝清热利湿解毒法 ,自拟“芪苓柴虎汤”对乙肝病毒血清标志物 HBe Ag转阴作用进行观察并设干扰素组、常规护肝治疗对照组以对照疗效。结果 :中药治疗组 (A组 ) 6 5例 ,HBe Ag转阴 37例 ,转阴率 57% ,干扰素 (B组 ) 6 3例 ,HBe Ag转阴 34例 ,转阴率 50 .8% ,对照组常规护肝治疗 54例 ,HBe Ag转阴 5例 ,转阴率 9%。经卡方检验 ,中药治疗组转阴率与干扰素组比较 ,两组转阴率无差异 (x2 <3.84 ,P>0 .0 5) ,中药治疗组 (A组 )与对照组 (C组 )比较有非常显著的差异 (x2 >6 .6 3,P<0 .0 1) ,中药治疗组各证型疗效比较 ,经卡方检查 ,均是 x2 <3.84 ,P>0 .0 5,所以 ,各证型疗效无显著性差异。结论 :芪苓柴虎汤对 Hbe Ag的转阴有明显疗效 ,并可作为治疗慢性乙肝病毒感染的专病专方。Objectives:[WT5BZ]To study the special Chinese medicine prescription for hepatitis B infection.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]We adopted the prescription of invigorating spleen,nourishing liver,cleaning away heat evil and promoting diuresis to observe the serum HBeAg negative transformation in the “Qiling ChaiHu Solution”(QLCHS)group,interferon (IFN) group and routine protecting liver group controled group.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]The ratio of HbeAg negative transformation(HNT) in QLCHS group is 37/65(57%),in IFN group 34/63(50.8%),in controled group 5/54(9%).No significant difference exists between QLCHS group and IFN group,while significant difference exists between QLCHS and controled group and no significnant difference exists among subgroups of different symptoms.[WT5HZ]Conclusions:[WT5BZ]QLCHS can be recommended as a special prescription for chronic hepatitis infection. [WT5HZ]
